Trust Center
Built around trust.
International trade requires clear information, responsible communication and attention to applicable rules. These are the principles TP4 works by.
- Business verification
- Trade compliance
- Privacy & data security
Business verification
Before commercial terms, TP4 reviews relevant company information for the parties involved, appropriate to the size and type of trade. Verification is a review, not a guarantee, and buyers and suppliers should still carry out their own checks.
Trade compliance
TP4 does not take part in trades that breach sanctions, export controls or import rules. Requirements involving restricted goods, destinations or parties are declined.
Documentation
Contracts, invoices, packing lists, certificates and shipping documents should agree with each other. TP4 helps coordinate documents so the paperwork matches the deal.
Privacy
Information you share is used to assess and progress your requirement. Details are shared with potential counterparties or service partners only as needed for that purpose.
Data security
TP4 asks only for the information a trade needs. We never ask for passwords, bank logins or card details through forms or messages.
Responsible trading
Offers that cannot be verified, requests for upfront fees from unknown parties and document-first schemes are treated with caution. Real trades start with real requirements.
Terms
How TP4 is involved in a trade, and on what commercial basis, is agreed in writing before work that depends on it begins.
Communication
Each requirement has a clear next step. If TP4 cannot help with a request, we say so rather than leaving it open.
Dispute process
If something goes wrong, raise it with TP4 in writing. Issues are reviewed against the agreed terms and documents, and the route to resolution is explained, including where it sits with the contracting parties.
Protect yourself from trade fraud
- TP4 will never ask for passwords, bank logins, card numbers or one-time codes.
- Be cautious of offers far below market price, pressure to pay quickly, or changes to bank details by email.
- Confirm any change of payment instructions by a separate, known channel.
- If someone claims to represent TP4 and something feels wrong, contact us through this website before acting.
