About TP4
What does TP4 do?
TP4 is a global trade intermediary. It helps businesses find the right products, buyers and suppliers, and connects the trade with finance, logistics, brokerage and shipment support.
Is TP4 a marketplace?
Not in the usual sense. TP4 does not ask you to browse thousands of listings and contact sellers on your own. You share a requirement or a product, and TP4 works on the connection and the steps that follow.
Does TP4 sell products itself?
TP4 acts as an intermediary between buyers and suppliers. The role TP4 plays in a specific trade is agreed with you before work that depends on it begins.
Which countries does TP4 work with?
TP4 is built for global trade across 200+ markets. Whether a particular trade can proceed depends on the product, the parties, the route and applicable rules.
Buying and selling
How do I start?
Use Start a trade for a general requirement, Request a product if you know what you want to buy, or Sell through TP4 if you have a product to offer.
What should I include in a request?
Product, specification or grade, quantity, destination, delivery timing and any target price. Our guide on writing a buying requirement explains each point.
What happens after I submit?
You receive a confirmation on screen. TP4 reviews the requirement and follows up if it can help, or tells you if it cannot.
Is there a minimum order size?
There is no single minimum. Practical minimums depend on the product, supplier and shipping method, and TP4 will tell you if a quantity is not workable.
Finance and logistics
Does TP4 provide finance?
TP4 can help connect eligible requirements with appropriate financing solutions and partners. Approval, terms and amounts are decided by the finance provider, and nothing is guaranteed.
Can TP4 arrange shipping?
TP4 can coordinate ocean, air and road freight, port handling and documentation with logistics partners, according to the route and cargo.
Do you publish transit times?
No fixed transit times are published, because they depend on route, carrier and season. Route-specific estimates are given when a shipment is being planned.
Trust and data
Does TP4 verify suppliers?
TP4 reviews relevant business and trade information before commercial terms. Verification reduces risk; it does not remove it, and parties should carry out their own checks too.
Will you share my information?
Only as needed to progress your requirement, for example with a potential counterparty or a logistics or finance partner. See the privacy policy for details.
Will TP4 ever ask for my passwords or bank login?
No. TP4 never asks for passwords, bank logins or card details. If someone claiming to be TP4 does, do not respond and contact us through this website.
